Each month, on our touristic place of the "Musée Gourmand", in Sadirac,
we organize a "Jeu de Piste" around the sustainable food anthe history of food. That is held inside our "Labyrinthe Gourmand". On our explicative museography, it is necessary to seek a certain number of indices, in order to better understand the history of our food and to answer all our questions! Each month, there is a winner!

From April, the 1st, our tourist season is organized under best the old people's homes: good mood and sympathy are with go, to discover our formulas and our expo on sustainable development. During all this year, curious and perspicacious, the children benefit from our labyrinth to seek our indices and to include the evolution of our food practices. With through tasting it, the discovery is convivial, for the happiness of everyone... It will be renewed every afternoon, from 14 to 6 p.m., until November 11!!!

Because we acquired a true experiment in Organic Agriculture, vegetable and food diversity, in the control of all the forms of inputs and flow, but also of the historical, identity and nutritional aspects, we wish to make you share the results of our research, our experiment and our reflexions.... In 2008, we will show the important bonds which always existed between food and climate, but also between food and energy, through an exposition and conferences! Around our Conservatory Kitchen garden and Orchard of old varieties, created in partnership with the CVRA (Conservatory Regional Plant of Aquitaine), you will discover all the charm of the vegetable gardens, the esthetics of the vegetable plants and the beauty of a garden out of the commun run: it is more than 400 varieties and species which are presented to you in a harbour of nature and quietude ! And moreover, you will be able to take part in one "Goûter à la Ferme" (taste in the farm), very diversified and goûteux, like with a play of track in our "Gourmet Maze"... Slow Food is an international association, based in Turin, which we adhered for a long time and which defends the products of quality and soils.
It supports the diversity of savours, the artisanal production and small agriculture, as well as the techniques of fishing, breeding and durable productions. On the whole, our step falls under the spirit of this association and its "sentinels", which seek to give again a cultural and identity dignity to the food! With a spirit and a nonlucrative aim, Slow Food seeks to develop the éco-gastronomy, in order to create a feature of union between ethics and the gastronomical pleasure. It is at the request of the Standing Committee of the European Parliament, that we will present our step as well as the importance of Heritage Vegetables, as regards and of sustainable food. After having taken part last October, during two days, with an International Workshop under the aegis of the European Parliament, our project was retained as a significant example, as regards protection of and development. Would the stakes of a real sustainable alimentation arrive under fires of the slope? An exceptional visit around the biodiversity food !
