The hunger was always a "engine of humanity" and "knowledge of the world"!
It's around nature and in particular plants, that the men imagined the "sacring of the man" and built the civilisation where we live...
But times changed: the universalization of the techniques, the means of transport and the financial stakes, like the appearance of agro-pharmacy (!), upset our comprehension of the food.
Today, the stakes are differed: abundance is with go and we must find at the same time: direction and values of ethics, not to sink in the drifts of always more or always less!
Our products must know to be RIGHT, in order to ensure the incomes of the whole of our agricultural, essential fabric with the food safety of the company.
Our products must be GOOD, in order to guarantee our direction of the taste, like our craving and all the forms of user-friendliness, divisions and sociabilities which result from this!
Our products must be HEALTHY, natural and dense, to enable us to age in good health and to enjoy all the pleasures which the Life offers to us.
But all these principles and all be values are directly registered in the charters and the texts founders of Organic Agriculture.
Then, it is enough for us to better do them to live, to better explain them and make them divide, to take up the many challenges with which we are confronted....
