This web site was conceived and carried out under the responsibility for Bernard Lafon, with the active collaboration of Myriam Figar�de, Catherine Girard, Isabelle Lagarde and Domenica Reffay. The analyses, musical choices, as well as cinematographic were carried out by Jean Michel Dauriac. This work fits itself in the prolongation museographic of the "Mus�e & Labyrinthe Gourmand", which was inaugurated in Sadirac, in 2004 and which had profited from the scientific advices of Mrs. Clotilde Boisvert and Annie Hubert.
