During all the period of the Middle Age, it occupied a central place in all the food practices. It was so frequently used, that its importance was comparable with the olive oil or the cream, today.
It was truly:  le « Grand Cuisinier » !

Currently, it enters the preparation of a majority of preparations, either as a sauce bottom, a base of cooking or at the moment of the completion, to bind, scent or refine a receipt.

Ingredients : pure juice of green grapes from Périgord
(No preservatives are used in this product)
