Ingredients: wild nettles * (45%), squashs*, water of cooking *, potatoes *, onions *, salt (0.4 %), spices *

 (* produced resulting from Biological Agriculture - Certified by Quality France SA - Guillaumet - 92046 PARIS DEFENSE)

This paste to be pasted was prepared starting from sheets of wild nettles, resulting from Organic Agriculture, is consumed with aperitif, with some toasts, of twisted, the blinis or of let us croûtons.

Take off roasted peanuts, charged with salt, to discover wild nettles and don't forget that it is advisable to eat at least 5 to 10 fruit and vegetables per day!
