A traditional mediterranean recipe, cultivated in Organic Agriculture, to discover at the time of aperitif or for glass between friends, after work! Ingredients: egg-plants *, tomatoes *, onions *, water of cooking, olive oil *, sugar * (1,5 %), salt (0,4%), pepper *, spices * (* produced resulting from Biological Agriculture - Certified by Quality France SA - Guillaumet - 92046 PARIS DEFENSE) This speciality has caviar only the name! It'is compared to the smoothness of this receipt and by analogy with the taste and the aspect of the true caviar, that this name was used on the popular level, it is already well a long time. This paste to be pasted is prepared starting from young aubergines and of tomatoes, resulting from Organic Agriculture. It is consumed with aperitif, with some toasts, of twisted, the bread of complete, the blinis or of let us croûtons. Forget peanuts, ships and olives to appreciate our "collection" of pastes to be pasted: but don't forget that it is advisable to eat at least 5 to 10 fruit and vegetables per day!
