There is no venom in the nettle! It is simply an irritant acid, which is contained in the hairs of the plant and which is comparable with the citric acid of lemon. It is just very
concentrated. In all the cases it is not toxic. On the contrary it is even particularly rich in minerals and vitamins! You can use it for infusion or cooking it in jelly.. In all the cases, you can without any problem introduce fresh nettles in your quiche: you will benefit from all the nutritional advantages of this plant! But it is a bit delicate because you will have to keep on your gloves throughout all the time.
Second solution: you scald the nettle, after having collected it and thinned out the leaves of. It is more simple and you do not have to keep your gloves to cook! Have a nice time!
