27 last September, the second meetings around the "Program Nutrition, Prevention and Health of the Children and the Teenagers" were held in Bordeaux. The European Commission publishes a "White Paper" on the problems of health related to the Food! May 30, 2007, the European Commission adopted a White Paper on the problem of food and public health. This one was entitled: " A European strategy for the problems of health related to the nutrition, the ponderal overload and obesity ".
When they subscribed to the charter of WHO, the Member States of the EU declared that "in the four or five years to come, the majority of the countries should be able to make tangible progress, in particular on the level of the children and teenagers, and at the latest to reverse the tendency before 2015".
